INTRODUCTION

Silver Bunny 'Bloom' begins every morning with a swim. Lake, loch, or lido — as long as it’s open water and refreshingly cold, she’s ready to dive in. She insists it “sharpens the whiskers.”

At first glance, you might expect spa days and herbal teas, but Bloom prefers the exhilaration of a misty dip at dawn. She’s even developed her own swimming style, using her ears as clever little propellers.

Afterwards, she wraps herself in a cosy woollen towel, carefully notes her split times, and maintains it’s “not competitive” — even if she’s clearly racing the ducks.
